The corporate offices of a major construction and engineering group required a health and safety management system to be designed and implemented from the ground up within a compressed timeframe.

Bluestone HSE supported the co-design and development of a complete H&S management system, including the H&S Manual, objectives and targets, Strategic H&S Plan, Annual Continual Improvement Plan, internal audit processes, and mandatory registers.

The safety management system was certified to ISO45001 by a JASANZ-accredited certification body with no minor or major non-conformances and has since successfully passed subsequent annual surveillance audits.
