This included the development of a Business Continuity Plan and an Emergency Response Management Plan aligned to the organisation’s operational and contractual risk profile.

In parallel, Bluestone HSE maintained the organisation’s integrated HSEQ management system certified to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001, and provided targeted support for HSE components of contract submissions, strengthening assurance to clients and improving tender competitiveness.
